Pitch Deck Story

Before They Buy Your Ideas or Solutions…
They Need to Believe in You and Your Story

Whether raising capital, closing enterprise deals, or aligning your leadership team, your pitch deck isn’t just a formality. It’s your first impression. Your credibility. Your shot at being taken seriously.

You need more than a good product or vision to move your idea forward. You need a compelling narrative that communicates value instantly. One that gets the right people to say, “Tell me more.”

AI tools and recycled decks can get you started, but they don’t tell your story: Why you? Why now? Why should anyone care? What is your plan for success? How will you address evolving markets?

That’s where strategic storytelling comes in. A custom storyboard frames your solution in a clear, convincing, and memorable way while aligning with the goals and mindset of investors, buyers, or internal stakeholders.

You Focus on the Vision. We Craft the Deck That Sells It.

With over 20 years of experience, we have helped founders and business leaders generate over $500 million in funding and sales. Whether you are sharing a new idea, starting a business, or growing a product, your pitch deck needs to represent the quality of your solutions and help tell your story in a way that grabs attention.

With our Done-For-You Pitch Deck Service, we help turn your big ideas and solutions into a clear and compelling pitch deck ready to impress! Plus, you get to keep everything we create together. Once we finalize the project, all the copyrighted and editable files are yours to keep.

Flexible Pitch Deck Pricing to Fit Your Needs & Budget

Pitch decks come in many shapes and sizes. Some audiences expect a short snapshot to determine if they want to engage with you. Others might expect the full story to assess your ideas and solutions.

When scaling or dealing with complex government, healthcare, and financial services projects, your pitch deck can get much longer. You’ll need to add an Appendix section to show proof and backup all your claims with supporting data.

That’s why you’ll need to create multiple slide variations to accommodate different markets, audiences, and industry expectations. Below are some of our most commonly requested pitch deck packages.

Pitch Deck Frequently Asked Questions

What you include in your pitch deck will vary depending on your audience and presentation context. Check out our comprehensive breakdown of what slides to include in your pitch deck.

While no pitch deck can guarantee funding or sales because those outcomes depend on many factors beyond the deck itself, it can improve your chances.

Think of a pitch deck like a great outfit on a first date. It can get attention, make a strong impression, and open doors. But just like in relationships, success comes down to trust, compatibility, and how well you communicate your value. Investors and buyers ultimately make decisions based on your clarity, credibility, and how confident they feel in your ability to deliver.

A well-crafted pitch deck shows you’re prepared. It helps you tell your story in a clear, persuasive, and tailored way to your audience. It also gives you a flexible framework to adapt quickly for different meetings. The better you get at using your deck and delivering your message verbally and visually, the more confident and compelling you’ll be. And that gives you a real edge.

Surveys show that buyers and investors usually make subconscious decisions within the first 15 minutes. The final and signed decision will depend on the due diligence phase and how well you navigate the relationship with multiple stakeholders.

There are a lot of new tools available for making pitch decks, but PowerPoint is still the best choice.

PowerPoint is the most popular software used by important places like the government, hospitals, and banks. It has some cool new features powered by AI, like Copilot and Designer, which help you create images and organize slides easily.

Also, PowerPoint lets you make detailed graphics right inside the program. Other tools might be easier for layout changes, but they don’t have the special vector graphic features that PowerPoint offers. Creating and editing vector graphics in PowerPoint will make creating custom diagrams and infographics much easier. Plus, if you use Excel for your numbers, you’ll need PowerPoint to show your data in charts and tables.

If you’re starting out and don’t have Microsoft Office, you can still create a good pitch deck using other options like Keynote (for Mac), Google Slides, Canva, or even some new AI tools. The most important thing is to share your ideas as soon as possible!

Once you have a budget and a team ready, you’ll see that Microsoft tools are often better for growing organizations.

Pitch decks are living documents and will require ongoing modifications. That is why we give you full access to all the editable files.

Presentation Files

You will have full access to all the editable presentation files. All custom charts, tables, diagrams, and infographics are created directly on your slides. That is why we recommend PowerPoint over other tools. PowerPoint has vector graphic capability to create custom shapes, so you don’t have to rely on different tools like Illustrator, Figma, or Photoshop to create complex diagrams. You can edit everything in PowerPoint.

Product Mockups & Custom Graphics

You will also have access to all the product mockups or custom images we create using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. You can share these files with any designers of your choice or contact us for ongoing design and content adjustments. We work with many ongoing clients using milestone or hourly billing. You can share your pitch deck in many ways.

Editing and Collaboration

If you are in editing mode and need to collaborate on your pitch deck slide creation, you’ll need to save your file in the cloud using tools like Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud. Web tools like Canva, beautiful.ai, Gamma, and similar platforms also have sharing capabilities.

Investors and Clients

If you want to share your pitch deck with investors and clients, you’ll need to export your presentation as a PDF file first. Never share the editable file with anyone outside your organization. Always customize the cover page, content, date, and call to action based on the audience. Then, export the file as a PDF with a new name before sharing. Some investors now expect a short video summary along with the PDF. You can use tools like Snagit or Loom to record your slides along with your video face and narration.

Data Rooms

You can also use data room platforms as secure online repositories to share your pitch deck and supporting documents like financial models, business plans, and market research. By using a data room, you can control who accesses your sensitive information, track engagement, and ensure that all relevant materials are organized in one central location. These platforms are particularly valuable during the due diligence process, where potential buyers or investors assess a company’s financial and legal documentation.
